Easy Steps to Apply

Step 1: Submit Your Online Application

● Click the “Apply Now” button on our website to complete and submit your online application.

● Pay the relevant non-refundable application fee as part of the submission process.

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

Apply online here at www.ttpc.edu.jm and upload copies of the required documents. The originals or copies notarized by a Justice of the Peace are to be presented to the Registry within  five days of your application.

Step 3: Request Academic Transcripts

● Request transcripts from all institutions previously attended.

● Transcripts must be sent directly to:

Step 4: Prepare for Your Interview

You will be contacted to attend a formal interview. Professional attire is required.

Supporting Documents Checklist

Each application must be accompanied by the following:

 

  1. Copies of all professional certificates (originals required for verification)
    Copies of academic/examination certificates (originals required for verification)
  2. A copy of your birth certificate (original required for verification)
  3. A copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable; original required for verification)
  4. Two passport-sized photographs, notarized by a Justice of the Peace, Minister of Religion, or School Principal, verifying that it is a true likeness of the applicant
  5. Two professional recommendations (original letters only)
  6. Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)
  7. Police Record (if applicable)
  8. Food Handlers’ Permit (if applicable)
  9. Copy of Government Issued Identification Card (Drivers Licence, Voters ID. original required for verification)

 

Important Notes

  • Ensure that all documents are complete and submitted on time to avoid delays in processing.
  • Originals will be returned after verification.

Community Training Interventions (CTI) and the Sixth Form Pathway Programme

Requirements vary by programme:

  • Associate Degrees: 3–5 CSEC/GCE subjects including English and Math
  • Bachelor’s Degrees: An associate degree in a related field
  • Occupational Degrees: NCTVET Level 2 or 5 CSEC/GCE subjects
  • Certificate Programmes: 3 CSEC/GCE subjects (English, Math & preferably Biology)
  • Alternative Entry: Mature Entry (25+ years with industry experience) and PLAR (Prior Learning Assessment & Recognition)
