Programmes & Courses

TTPC offers:

  • Bachelor’s Degrees in Computer Engineering Technology, Business Administration, Social Work, and Hospitality & Tourism Management
  • Associate Degrees (A.Sc. and A.A.S.) in areas like Business, Computer Technology, Culinary Arts, and Social Work
  • Occupational Associate Degrees in fields such as Allied Health, Renewable Energy, and Fitness Management
  • Certificate Programmes in Phlebotomy and Patient Welfare & Home Care

Community Training Interventions (CTI) and the Sixth Form Pathway Programme

Requirements vary by programme:

  • Associate Degrees: 3–5 CSEC/GCE subjects including English and Math
  • Bachelor’s Degrees: An associate degree in a related field
  • Occupational Degrees: NCTVET Level 2 or 5 CSEC/GCE subjects
  • Certificate Programmes: 3 CSEC/GCE subjects (English, Math & preferably Biology)
  • Alternative Entry: Mature Entry (25+ years with industry experience) and PLAR (Prior Learning Assessment & Recognition)

Yes. TTPC offers dual modality options:

  • In-person classes for hands-on learning
  • Online classes for flexible access

Students can choose the format that best suits their schedule and learning style.

The TTPC institution is currently working on obtaining programme accreditation. A general notice will be shared to inform all stakeholders and prospective students once the accreditation process is completed.

The Admissions Process

  1. Complete the online application at ttpc.edu.jm
  2. Pay the non-refundable application fee
  3. Upload required documents
  4. Request academic transcripts to be sent directly to the Registrar
  5. Prepare for a formal interview
  • Academic certificates and transcripts
  • Birth certificate
  • TRN, Government ID
  • Passport-sized photos
  • Two recommendations
  • Police record or Food Handler’s permit (if applicable)

Tuition & Financial Aid

TTPC offers competitive, affordable tuition. Fees vary by programme:

  • Certificates: From $55,500
  • Associate Degrees: From $58,000 to $88,000
  • Bachelor’s Degrees: Around $69,000 to $103,000

  • PATH Bursary: $100,000 for eligible students
  • JAMVAT: 30% tuition paid after 200 hours of public service
  • Marcus Garvey Scholarship: For outstanding second-year associate students demonstrating financial need and Garveyite values

Prior Learning & Mature Entry

PLAR allows individuals with at least 8 years of work experience to receive credit toward TTPC programmes. This recognizes learning gained outside traditional education—like in the workplace or through community service.

Applicants over 25 years old with 2+ years of industry experience may qualify. An academic portfolio is required for assessment.
